We're a leading provider of affordable homes and extensive support services in the south of England. When we formed VIVID in 2017 we were determined to increase the supply of new homes. Now, we’re the fifth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England, having built over 1,500 last year.

To support this, we run our business efficiently, with sector-leading margins and interest cover, which means we can do more than our peers.

Our financial strength also means we're not constrained in our approach to building safety and sustainability - both are fully costed in our business plan. This strength underpins our ‘A’ (stable) credit ratings with S&P and Fitch.

But it's not just about the numbers. Our ESG report shows the impact of our activities, on individuals and communities, and how we help our customers to thrive. We also have a sustainable financing framework that highlights the key areas we are looking to invest in.
