Creating a vibrant community of new apartments and maisonettes in Basingstoke
Creating a vibrant community of new apartments and maisonettes in Basingstoke
Our proposed redevelopment at the Brownshed site in Chapel Hill, Basingstoke, will create a vibrant community of new mixed-style apartments and maisonettes.
We want to deliver high-quality, modern, and sustainable homes that meet the needs of our diverse customers. The site, which received Outline consent for up to 75 homes, is ideally located near Basingstoke town centre. It has good access to the M3, connecting to the wider Hampshire area, and is within walking distance of Basingstoke railway station, which has excellent links to the wider rail network.
This development will not only enhance the local area but also address the housing shortage by delivering much-needed new, affordable homes. We’re dedicated to building energy-efficient homes with low running costs by using quality materials and renewable energy. The apartments and maisonettes will meet Nationally Described Space Standards and be designed for accessibility and adaptability.
We’ve submitted the Reserved Matters application and are hoping to start development soon. You can track its progress on Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council’s website (reference: 24/02861/RES) and show your support.
