This site is bolstered by a local community of shops and amenities. It’s in a great location, near the lovely village of Dummer and close to the M3 motorway for convenient travel. 

With sustainability in mind, the blocks have an electric vehicle charge point infrastructure. This means charging points for electric vehicles can be installed in the future install if required.

This a Section 106 and land-led site with a total scheme cost of £79m.
