Black Lives Matter

The tragic death of George Floyd in Minneapolis has caused us all to reflect on our role in eradicating racism and discrimination of any kind.  As an employer of around 850 people, we encourage our staff to speak up, provide platforms and opportunities to help educate each other and break down the barriers around any form of discrimination. It’s vital that we can all continue to learn and improve on our behaviour as well as understand the strength and opportunities that diversity brings.

We’ll continue to promote constructive dialogue and discussion that supports equality, diversity and inclusion in all that we do. Supporting the wellbeing of our customers, staff and communities is at the heart of this.

Mark Perry,

Chief Executive
