Brexit has brought change, and if you’re an EEA citizen (an EU national, plus citizens of Switzerland, Litchenstein, Norway and Iceland), living in the UK, you and your family may need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue to live, work and study in the UK. The deadline is 30 June 2021. Find out more: https://www.vividhomes.co.uk/news/are-you-an-eea-citizen-living-in-the-uk
Even if you’ve lived in the UK for many years or you have a permanent residence document, you’ll still need to apply. You’ll also need to apply for your children. You don’t need to apply if you have indefinite leave to remain or enter, or you’re an Irish citizen.
The deadline for applications is 30 June 2021. To apply and to find out more visit: www.gov.uk/eusettlementscheme
You can also find translated information on the scheme and how to apply in 26 EU languages here.
