We’re pleased to introduce our newly appointed Managing Agent Officer, Julie. She’s responsible for managing and building relationships with our managing agents, to ensure they’re providing the best possible service and experience to those of you who live in a home where a Managing Agent provides services such as ground maintenance and communal building repairs.
Julie’s also a VIVID customer herself and has an extensive background in working within the social housing sector and specifically with leaseholders and shared owners, covering all aspects of home ownership, managing agents, service charges, rights and responsibilities.
