New Managing Director appointed at Bargate Homes

Mark White has been appointed as the new managing director of Bargate Homes and is set to take on the role from current MD and founder Gerard Price who is stepping away from the business in May.

Mark was Bargate’s first employee and has worked alongside Gerard since Bargate was formed in 2006. He has been instrumental in the success and growth of the private developer, which is based in Hampshire. Bargate is renowned for the high quality of its land supply and new homes in the central southern area. Industry leading customer satisfaction and an ethos of ‘purpose beyond profit’ are central to its successful performance.
