Enjoying the outdoors

We want all our customers to enjoy the summer with their friends and family. We encourage community spirit and outdoor fun, just remember to be inclusive and considerate of all your neighbours - especially if you’re enjoying any of our communal areas. Keep the noise to a reasonable level, and not too late into the night.

Smoking

Smoking can be a major cause of fire, and it can be disruptive to neighbours if they have to keep windows closed, particularly in the warmer weather.

We operate a strict ‘no smoking’ policy within our blocks to maintain your safety, and treat smoking in or around your home as a breach of tenancy. This includes smoking cannabis which is illegal in the UK.
