We can help you look after your wellbeing

The wellbeing service is here to help, support and guide you to engage with your GP, NHS and other services, to encourage you to attend appointments, clinics and therapies, and to help you understand diagnoses and develop an action plan for the way forward, through what is a difficult and emotional time. The wellbeing service is a non-clinical role.

This will be achieved through open and honest talking and listening.

The wellbeing service will develop an action plan tailored to the individual customer needs and support the customer to reach the outcomes through telephone, text and, where necessary, home visits depending on the complexity and need of the customer.

The wellbeing service support may run alongside other VIVID tenancy support services and other professional agencies working together.

Tips to help improve your wellbeing:

  • Try to relax and reduce stress
  • Find ways to learn and be creative
  • Spend time in nature
  • Connect with others
  • Look after your physical health
  • Try to improve your sleep
