Our new-look, interactive Annual Review is published!

We’re delighted to share that our Annual Review for 2023-24 is now published, and this year we’ve introduced a new approach by creating an online microsite to give you a much more readable, interactive, device-responsive experience. You can view it here.

This new microsite does a great job in really bringing what we do to life with customers at the heart of it, painting a clear picture of why that’s important and outcomes achieved. Our Annual Report & Financial Statement will follow.

2023-24 was a year of strong progress. Meeting customers’ needs and expectations with the homes they live in and services we provide has been and continues to be our absolute priority. Our ambitions and actions are centred around building trust, pride and impact with customers and local communities.

Over the year, we welcomed over 3,000 new customers, made it simpler and easier for customers to contact us and access our services, provided £243,000 in welfare funding to customers who needed extra help, and invested £87.5m to maintain and improve the standard of homes. We also delivered over 1,500 new homes and have been ranked fifth largest developer of new homes amongst housing associations in England.

We’ve worked hard to enable investment in improving customer service, maintaining existing homes, and the development of new affordable homes during challenging economic conditions. Ensuring progress on all these fronts is really important to us.

We’re evolving our business for current and future generations. We’re confident that by taking these actions, enabled by our financial strength, expertise and partnerships, we’ll deliver on our ambitions and be able to help many more people to have the safety net of a safe and secure home and springboard to a brighter future.
