Tell DWP about your experiences of contacting them by phone

The DWP Customer Experience Journey Mapping Team wants to find out about your experience of accessing DWP services via telephone, across all benefit lines.
 
DWP will be running 2 x 90-minute workshops later this month in order to gather insight on the experience of claimants and third parties.
 
Dates and times

  • Session 1 will take place on Tuesday 29 October from 10:30am – 12pm
  • Session 2 will take place on Thursday 31 October from 2pm – 3:30pm

Both sessions will cover the same material and will run for no more than 90 minutes.
