VIVID celebrates success at Affordable Homes Show

VIVID, a leading provider of affordable homes in the south of England, recently attended the Affordable Homes Show in Southampton, where they saw a strong demand for Shared Ownership homes.

At the event, VIVID's stand had a remarkable turnout, engaging in over 300 positive conversations with attendees. They showed a genuine interest in understanding the Shared Ownership process, eligibility, and how to apply. The continuous flow of inquiries has highlighted the real appetite for Shared Ownership homes.

One of the most encouraging outcomes of the event was that 10% of the attendees who spoke to VIVID later applied for a home, and 30% registered for more information. This fantastic response demonstrated the strong appeal of VIVID’s offerings, as well as a promising pipeline for future developments – with many attendees seeking homes in the near future and some planning up to a year ahead.

Attendees praised the event as an excellent platform to explore available homes and discuss their financial positions with financial advisors there and then.
