Over the past 6 months we've been developing ways to make sure we work more collaboratively with customers and make sure our customer voices influence what we do.
Together we all co-created the Customer Influence Strategy 2024-28 and you can read this here.
Working together will help us all succeed in achieving our purpose to ensure that we listen, understand, learn and act on customer’s voices. Working together with customers will demonstrate that customers are influencing and shaping the services received and decisions that affect homes, communities and neighbourhoods.
To support Working Together we have developed a new customer influence collaboration guide. Here you will see what opportunities we have to work together, the level of influence and time commitment needed. All customers who work with us will be offered support through training, guidance and any expenses covered.
