Over the last 12-18 months there has been an unprecedented increase in demand for fencing repairs. In order to make sure we manage these repair requests and get repairs done as quickly and effectively as possible, we have reviewed our process. If you have an open fencing repair or are reporting a new fencing repair the following steps will be implemented.

We’re seeing a rise in the number of customers being contacted by companies offering a ‘no win no fee’ service for a housing disrepair, but these companies can often exploit the system.
We’re committed to delivering a great customer experience and we want to be easy to deal with. You’ve told us some of the challenges you face when trying to access our services, and it’s hard to hear that we’re not always getting it right, so we want to make improvements.
