Our 20/21 development performance
In 2020/21, we completed 1,010 new homes, 42% of which were built for social or affordable rent and 319 for shared ownership. It’s been a challenging year and we’re extremely proud of what’s been achieved, helping to give many more people a place to call home.

Working in partnership to support our customers and communities
Through VIVID Plus, we’re investing in tenancy sustainment services, to provide people with tailored, individual support and we’re tackling community led priorities, through place shaping projects and initiatives, to help people feel proud of where they live. We plan to invest £21 million over the next 5 years.

Our partnership success with Two Saints
Since May 2019, we’ve entered into a number of lease agreements with Two Saints on its supported accommodation portfolio. Two Saints offers support to people who are homeless, in need of support, or at risk of becoming homeless, and who need help to get back on their feet.
