Bank holiday closure to mark Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral

We’ll be closed for the bank holiday on Monday 19 September, to mark Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral. We will reopen on Tuesday 20 September.

We’ll be contacting any customers with appointments booked on 19 September to rearrange.

There’ll also be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:

• Friday 16 September - Our customer contact centre will close at 4:30pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898.
• Saturday 17 September to Tuesday 20 September at 8:30am - Emergency out of hours service.
• Tuesday 20 September - Customer contact centre opens at 8:30am and usual services continue.
