VIVID Plus, the charitable arm of VIVID, has announced it’s working with social enterprise OutcomeHome on a psychologically informed peer-to-peer mentoring project, providing over £26,000 in funding over the next year, to help the social enterprise reach more people in need across Hampshire.
VIVID Plus, the charitable arm of VIVID, is working with Eastleigh Borough Council on the Changing Direction for Success (CDS) project, which aims to help people feel safer in their neighbourhood and provide positive alternatives for local young people.
VIVID has been certified by Best Companies and recognised for its commitment to its employees, with a ‘very good’ 1-star accreditation rating.
“We’re pleased to see the government’s increased focus on the Social Housing White Paper to ensure that consumer standards, resident engagement and involvement continue to remain at the forefront of the sector’s priorities."
Local housing association VIVID has provided funding to Southampton-based charity, SCRATCH and Basingstoke-based charity, the Basingstoke Community Furniture Project, who both received a donation of just over £12,000 each.
Mark White has been appointed as the new managing director of Bargate Homes and is set to take on the role from current MD and founder Gerard Price who is stepping away from the business in May.
