VIVID a leading provider of affordable housing, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 378 properties from L&Q, with a further 30 to complete shortly. Of the transferring properties, 371 are homes.
This strategic acquisition will significantly enhance our capacity to provide quality, affordable housing to families and individuals, allowing us to focus more intensely on meeting their needs.
The newly acquired properties, located mainly in Basingstoke with some in Wiltshire, Test Valley and Berkshire, will be integrated into VIVID’s existing portfolio. This acquisition aligns with its ambition to address the growing demand for affordable housing and to support the communities it serves.
