Putting customers at the heart of what we do: survey results and winners

The aim of the survey was to seek views about how we can work more collaboratively with you, to make sure you’re able to influence what we do and how we give feedback to you on changes we make to improve services. 

You told us lots of information. We’ll report back to you in a few weeks to let you know how and where we’ve used it all. 

Key findings

78% rated 9 or 10 that having your say was important to you. The priority areas for having your say were:

Repairs and maintenance - 77%

Improvements to home - 54%

Anti-social behaviour - 46%

 

And the winner is…

The winner of the Samsung Tab A8 was Vincent Tremayne from Southampton (pictured).

Vincent said “It’s really important VIVID hear what customers have to say. Using the customer portal allows that communication”.

The runners up, who won a £100 Love2Shop voucher, were:

  • Terence Cook  
  • Lynn Mitchener  
  • Claire Poulson 

Lynn said: “I think it’s important people take the time to let VIVID know our thoughts, even if it’s something small, as it all helps on a broader scale when everyone contributes”.
