Over the Easter Bank Holiday 2022 period, covering Good Friday and Easter Monday, there’ll be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:
Thursday 14 April - Our customer contact centre will close at 5:00pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898.
Friday 15 April to Tuesday 19 April at 8:30am - Emergency out of hours service.
Tuesday 19 April - Customer contact centre opens at 8:30am and usual services continue.
