Over the Spring and Platinum Jubilee bank holiday 2022, there’ll be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:
Wednesday 1 June - Our customer contact centre will close at 5pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898.
Thursday 2 June to Monday 6 June at 8:30am - Emergency out of hours service.
Monday 6 June - Customer contact centre opens at 8:30am and usual services continue.
